At Intersnack, sustainabilty begins with the cultivation of raw materials and ends with the consumer product. Our sustainability approach in the value chain includes four focus areas:
Intersnack has achieved a higher EcoVadis score for the fourth consecutive year, rising from 74 to 75 out of 100 points. This represents a total improvement of +15 points over the past four years, reflecting the dedication and efforts of teams across our organisation.
Our scores were particularly strong in the areas of environment and sustainable procurement. In both areas we also made progress compared to last year.
The strong score places Intersnack in the top 15% (91st percentile) of all assessed companies and resulted in a strong silver rating.
We have joined the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) - a worldwide network of over 7.000 organisations. This enables us to set emission reduction targets in line with latest climate science.
